We were set a task to take our final images from our Historical shoot and transform the images to look contemporary within the hair. I have explored three main areas of hair: colour, shape and texture. Using these elements to create a modern design from a historical style. I found this quite hard as i had to work around an existing shape and include it although i feel that i have created some successful designs. I particularly like the first deign i feel combining this volume within the tight afro curls creates a very modern style and mirrors well with the existing style previously created.
