My partner Laila and i wanted to do a practise run before the assessment to go over my idea process and how to carry out my entire look to how i imagine the final outcome to be. I felt this went well Laila understood my concept for my Sally Bowels characterisation and took direction well.
She was very confident with the makeup application Although during the hair application she struggled to get the technique of the Kiss curls over the face, i practised this with her a few times and she eventually picked up the technique of application, i feel that Laila is uncertain about these and this may effect her within the assessment. The rest of the application of the look i fell Laila understands. I feel confident that she will be able to complete my design within the Assessment as i felt with my communication Laila understood throughly what i expected.
